So far I am thinking:

  1. Cabbage soup (an absolute favorite of mine)

  2. Boiled cabbage (side)

  3. Stuffed cabbage rolls

  4. Fried cabbage with pork

  5. Cabbage and noodles

  6. Homemade sauerkraut (gonna start fermenting it on day 1) (side)

  7. Vinegar coleslaw with NO SUGAR OR SWEETENER (side)

What should I do for the rest?

I could fill a day with dill dip and raw cabbage as an appetizer, but looking for other ideas. Also might do lean pork with the kraut, but haven't decided yet

I have actually done a lot of cabbage with ground beef and tomato paste to make a normal dinner for years, but ranking it with chili is just not right

A favorite I already called out as cabbage and noodles. I didn't I know that name for it tho. My Hungarian grandma and mom just always said "cabbage and noodles"

Step 1. Prepare cabbage (wash, cut, trim, etc)

Step 2. Throw cabbage away

Step 3. Eat a steak

Probably some cabbage-based salads you could do that are creative. Reuben sandwich

Good thing this isn't a broccoli challenge, there would be like 3 things here!
