So far I am thinking:
Cabbage soup (an absolute favorite of mine)
Boiled cabbage (side)
Stuffed cabbage rolls
Fried cabbage with pork
Cabbage and noodles
Homemade sauerkraut (gonna start fermenting it on day 1) (side)
Vinegar coleslaw with NO SUGAR OR SWEETENER (side)
What should I do for the rest?
I could fill a day with dill dip and raw cabbage as an appetizer, but looking for other ideas. Also might do lean pork with the kraut, but haven't decided yet
