I was more curious if they have example of methods to achieve other goals.

Yes!

There's mindfulness which is mostly about being in the moment instead of having your mind on the future, the past, the music on your morning commute. This is pretty standard stuff.

I’m familiar with the mindfulness exercises from the Chan philosophy. I’ll have to look at some of the others.
