Well, those cannot replace a good sourdough pretzel. Potato and corn chips are certainly a thing of the past
Also, I did refrigerate a batch for 12 hours before rolling and cooking, so you can make a lot ahead of time
I put both pans in around 3am and flipped them a little bit ago. They do smell nice.
