So you brined the chicken? Salt solution or straight water. What do you do with all the crumb that's not stuck to the chicken?

just water no salt... I let it cook for about 40 mins at 300 than I turn it over and the crumbs that are leftover stick a bit... mostly because I use a whole can of crumbs and don't want to waste... it's a lot of chicken so wasn't sure lol

italian bread crumbs and chicken spice (club house la grille bbq chicken) it's a great combo I wouldn't add anything else personally. about 8 parts bread crumb to 1 part chicken spice. I'm making the exact same thing tonight lol I didn't get much that time I had family over and they ate everything!!
edit: and I soaked the chicken in water in the fridge for about 4 hours to get it tender
