Fondant potatoes. A really good way to make potatoes. They just soak up the chicken broth and flavors.

I was scared for a minute when I read fondant... I was imagining that stuff that they use to make cakes look fancy. Looks good, wish I could eat potatoes. It reminds me of my mom's roast.
