Tried this recipe a few times and the sweet potatoes are a nice touch. They definitely need to be cook for less time.

I've tried a few recipies and this is the best, for me. The sweet potatoes make a nice palate change during bites.

I was scared for a minute when I read fondant... I was imagining that stuff that they use to make cakes look fancy.

Looks good, wish I could eat potatoes. It reminds me of my mom's roast.
