  2. Stay Calm!
  3. Sit quietly with your heads between your knees until that lightheaded feeling is gone.
  4. Take a deep breath, hold, then release it.
  5. Now smoke six fat joints.
  6. Have some shrimp cocktails.
  7. Relax on the couch the rest of the morning.
