For the past year, I've gotten about 7 hours of sleep. I was lazy, unproductive, and lethargic. For about a week, I've forced myself to sleep between 8:30 and 8:45 PM to get more sleep. Crazily enough, I've been far more productive and a much better person to be around in my 15 waking hours than I have with my 17 waking hours. I'll make an update to this post down the line to truly see how much I've changed.

I read somewhere that everyone has a 'clock' where you have a 'set time period' for sleep and youre 'recharged.'

for some people; they can live off of 3 hours and have an amazing day. Others, its more 8-9.

Im really happy for you that you found your 'time'.

I tend to fall asleep sporadically throughout the day if I don't get a solid 8 hours.

Wait until you hit your 40s and 50s.

First, you can't sleep that long without peeing. Second, you can only sleep 6-7 hours max. Its weird. I used to sleep 8-10 hours, no problem.

Me and sleep aren't really on speaking terms.

I get my best sleep from 6am to 9am. I almost never get to sleep in that window of time.
