I didnt think this was true but alright.
If yall have been following, Im in a law program in downtown toronto for about 20h a week for 10months.
Anyway
I noticed that on some days, I get alot of attention, and some, people ignore the fuck out me.
Ive noticed whenever I wear my engagement ring, people are nice. Like 'oh. Miss H, do you need help? How are you? Lets go have timmies!!' And im like 'fuck yeah. Bet'
When i dont, people are like 'eyo gurrrl! How u dooinnn?'
Complete 360 change in mood.
Basically, after researching on it, i came to the conclusion that 'boys' (not men) wont bother you if you 'belong' to another man
But dont give a shit if youre alone bevause 'women are free for taking'
Didnt agree with it, but id like other opinions on this.
Yes im female ffs.
this reminds me of several years ago when i went out dancing with a large group of friends. i hit it off right away with the girl who was engaged to a deployed grunt who was thrilled to be out with guys who were totally down to go out dancing because her fiance never would. does it make me a boy or sexist that i refused to take her home at the end of the night because i neither wanted the grunt to get dear john'd nor did i want some grunt following me home from work one night? if you asked my friends at the time, it was a clear signal that i'm gay. if you asked her friend, it was because i'm an asshole. i just wanted a nice time out dancing...
