I'd like to point out that DMCA really as no power here, technically it is just username squatting/impersonation and does not infringe on the trademark. It would great to see this go to court though.

Yeah, gotta be. The actual company doesn't seem to be responding publicly yet. If they are actually pursuing the takedown order, their lawyers most likely told them to be silent.
