I'll eat sauer kraut if I can't avoid it. I feel sick for hours afterwards, though. Oh, and kimchee, <shudder>

Everyone dislikes some sort of food or flavor. That's mine.

Pepperoni is fermented, right? I like pepperoni :-)

Eh aged meat is pretty different than aged vegetables. Like truly good pepperoni is just hung in a cave near the ocean in Italy til it dries out, but truly good kraut is cabbage soaked in salt water in the open air. I wouldn't consider pepperoni fermented since that is basically a jerky

I looked it up and found that it is fermented. Not in a vat, though. It has some kind of lactic bactetia mixed in the filling and they cause the fermentation.
