Fire up charcoal grill, settle coals at 400*. Drench russet potato in olive oil, then coat in kosher salt. Bake for 1 hour.

Baked potato so good you can eat the whole thing with a fork, skin and all.

Oil and kosher salt on the skin is the way to go for bakers, can't beat that crispy, salty goodness.

I only tried that wrapped in foil.

Over charcoal would be even better I bet.
