I never entered the realm of CCP restrictions even when in support of their precious hot topics that they supposedly stand against. You're conflating bad behavior and "wrong think" and then using that conflation to inflate confirmation bias that hivemind and community are one and the same.

No, I'm not. Voat certainly has wrong-think, and you occasionally committing wrong-think while avoiding CCP restrictions by offsetting it with more acceptable content proves nothing. Some people want to talk about nothing except how great Hillary Clinton is - their speech is restricted on Voat because that is wrong-think there, and CCP restrictions enable the hivemind to shut them down.

Well, I could give detailed responses to your diversionary nitpicking, but that would be a waste of my time. Look back to your first comment if you have forgotten what the scope of this discussion is:

For example, if you come in spouting racist things, you should expect to downvoted into oblivion. So it's likely that people who are downvoted like crazy are people who have done something to one or more users who don't or won't forget what kind of user they are.

The questions you can't or won't answer are quite relevant to the discussion. Are we excluding racists now? When you say "what kind of user they are" what kind of user are you talking about.
