arms straight out front. adding 1 to 5 pound dumb bells makes it great for your core, which is that balance thing. My days are mostly too, I ripped my rotator cuff and do what I can. I used to bench 200-225 normally but I'm still trying to get back to it

yup. I was warming up with 45 pound dumb bells doing pec flies when it happened... my muscles could, my ligaments needed more time. before then I could do just about anything

My weight-training days are long behind me, but I keep some blubber off by cycling to work.
