I've got a bench I built last summer I can post some pics of for now. Nothing of the work, just the finished project.
I'm going to do a table soon and will do some process pics.

Heres a few I just took
It was the first thing I made when I went to work for a cabinet maker. Other than the exterior handles and clasps it is all wood and glue. The exterior is ply, the tray sides, handle, are oak, and the lid insert is pine. The Oak came from fireplace logs. The corner wedges do not hold the corners together, they are just posts to hold up the tray.
Everything was done by hand. No power tools.
That box was loaded full of tools and spent about 20 years bouncing across this country from one construction site to another. It has been splashed by both Oceans and kicked by Quebecois and Albertan Rednecks.
She's a little dirty (the way I like em), but has never needed repairs despite being handled rough.
Hmm. I'm beginning to think I may be a little too attached to my box.
I like it. What's that corner shelf with the slot for? Saw?
That was the original intent. I was going to add a couple more slots for other saws. But after testing it out I found I'd rather have the space and small shelf.
Would love to seem some pics of that box. That is something I really need to do. Was thinking of doing it a while back, and never could settle on a design. Kinda like those 'Japanese' boxes with the wedge lock tops.
