Maybe, it wasn't a fast food highly preserved burger, it was grilled at a local drive-in. This is also a humid and rainy month, the AC has not been kicking on to reduce moisture because of the cold wave here, so I might die.

You probably could have left it there for a week and not gotten sick after eating it, as long as the area wasn't humid.
