I guess it depends how busty but you have a point ... with continuous training the body can adapt.
Boob weight over 50% bodyweight though I think there are some scientific limits to how fast u can run.

Not true for large busts. As evidence, I reference Inbar Lavi in the Imposters (season 3) series running in the street to escape from the guy trying to kill her. Therebwere other people in the scene moving normally. She's very fast.
