That in effect means Windows 7 and boxed versions of Office 2016

LibreOffice is free, fully functional and easy to use and doesn't phone home constantly like Microsoft products. I use it for my business and personal use. It's also not like there are a ton of privacy-oriented free operating systems out there....many distributions of Linux with usable UIs that aren't that hard to learn how to use.

That's what I was going to say. Libre Office is pretty good now. Even complete idiots can useLinux now. I wonder what they'll go with instead, Waffen-SSoft?
