Hi All, Looking to start a skydiving sub but im a level 0, anybody able to help me out and then pass me moderation? I can't figure out how to level up!

You level up by making posts, comments and getting phuks for them (upvotes)
You can start making your own Subs at level 2. Just hang around a bit, post a few things to different subs and engage the community. you will be able to create the sub yourself rather quickly.
