Hello All, I am a skydiver and looking to see if anybody else jumps on this site? I figure get in early while the getting is good ;)
Actually the weather stuff is sometimes the best part of skydiving. You just hang out and drink with a bunch of people who are from all walks of life. The dropzones are usually large fields so fire and sports usually happen.
hahaha I see you know the sport is all about who has the most jumps :P I am new this year so I'm still sub 100 but I haven't counted recently. I just did some winter jumps and am about to go to mexico to jump.

I used to windsurf so I know all about the waiting and hanging out on the beach. It makes a very nice atmposhpere and you make friends very easily.

my dropzone is 5 minutes walk to the beach so i am taking up kite surfing this year! haha

Yeah the primary cost and the limited possibility to jump due to weather are what is keeping me off. Still I keep it on my list as it must be an insane adrenaline rush and feeling of freedom.
How many jumps have you made?
