Hello All, I am a skydiver and looking to see if anybody else jumps on this site? I figure get in early while the getting is good ;)
Realistically if the plane isn't moving fast you can totally open the door and safely close it. Actually smaller planes its terrifying to close the door, because the pilot needs to basically create a break in the wind so they will roll and turn slightly so that the door doesn't have wind pressure holding it up any more.
I can only find videos of pilots doing it really smoothly... but some just jerk the hell out of it

I had a hard time standing on the glass floor in the CN tower. There is just no way I would be able to skydive or bungee jump.

After about 5000 FT of height you lose the ability to understand altitude and it actually becomes easier. I am still scared shitless of Hop n Pop's (low altitude jumps) but get me past 6K (2k Meters) and i have no issue stepping out. even though im also from the GTA i still use Feet for skydiving and KM for driving haha
