The 1100 weren't bad at all. Nor was the Md 700 rifle, though that safety issue they had with them going off for no reason put a damper on them.

I hadn't even realized they were making 1911s ... they did so during WWII, but didn't know they still did. I doubt many can mess up a Browning type design like the 1911, unless it's a quality issue of some sort. That R51 they have out is one ugly duckling looking thing though, and that was what I based my comment on - LOL.
