I have two Nandi Foodi six quart models and I love them. I've use mine quite a bit, too. I can cook a chili from scratch using dried beans in about 5 hours. It great for knocking out large batches of perfect rice, too.
The inside pot is removable for cleaning and is ceramic coated. nothing sticks to it. I use the air fry function a lot, too, for making hushpuppies and fried fish.
