MSG is natural, it is extracted from seaweed. If you doubt that, compare a touch of "Accent" with a nibble of wakame seaweed. Look on wikipedia if you don't know what it is. Compare and contrast sodium chloride, mined and hauled with bulldozers and front end loaders. Also natural. More natural that your pink Himalyan salt. I prefer kosher, personally. Diamond Crystals.

I don't doubt it being entirely natural, but my ex-wife had an extreme sensitivity to it because her parents raised her to avoid it like the plague. She would get horrible headaches after having any, same with her mother, probably because of spending most of her life never having any of it. After being with her for 8+ years, it became a force of habit to try to avoid it.

I knew about some of these, especially MSG being allowed to be listed as "natural flavors". I didn't realize that most protein powders have significant amounts of it
