Not with the workers directly, but logistic costs tend to be less for them.
They are able to produce the vehicles at a lower cost even though there wages are still good.

It would be cool to see the 25 percent tax on European trucks go away. The EU makes some cool camper vans, but due to that tax, they never make it to the US.
