My brother had no issues whatsoever after his lasik. My BIL had significant complications that took a year to resolve. Me, I had to dim my computer monitors and TV to 50% of what they used to be, light hurts, I'm still putting in drops 10+ times/day almost 3 months in. I'm not quite sure it was worth it yet. Seeing is nice, but man. Replaced every light switch with a dimmer in my house.

lol, yeah, I hear that that's sometimes a risk. The freedom from contact lenses didn't justify the risks to me (for myself)

It's quite annoying. I did ortho-k lenses to see if I would be fine with lasik. The answer was "not good enough for the risks."
