I shit you not, my manager just told me this when discussing holding a brown bag lunch learning session where people bring their own lunch.

I've never even heard of a slur that used the word bag. I really want to know what they hope to accomplish here. Has there been a history of people in your workplace calling others brown bags?
You got me. The great war on language ravishes onwards!
Well if your whole team is going to "douche bag it" in a meeting you might be in the porn industry.
I'm sure there's a more appropriate term for that industry.
I hope my coffee isn't a micro-aggression against my darker co-workers
Just as long as you don't say something along the lines of "I like my coffee black, same as how I like my underlings."
No reason given to us, they only specifically told managers I guess
When nonsense like this comes along, I've found it useful to act confused and ask "why?" and then act like you still don't understand whatever bs explanation and keep pushing them when they inevitably dance around since there isn't really a logically consistent reason behind these kinds of things. It's also enjoyable to see them squirm and try to carefully select the words to avoid any number of forbidden words while still trying to put together sentences that make sense. I guess they've caught on and learned to preemptively shutdown inquisitive troublemakers though.
Well the problem is my manager that told me doesn't speak English as a first language and has only been in the US for about a year and I have to constantly explain to him what all the stupid diversity stuff is because he doesn't understand it, so questioning to him wouldn't do anything. He didn't seem to know why either
Then I suggest you start using slurs to refer to your bag.
