That's good also, we mix them sometimes. You should try making your own yogurt, you only need 2 tbs of Yoplait,Chobani or Dannon and half gallon milk.

I ferment enough but I never thought about fermenting my own yogurt. My place is way too hot without AC to really try it. I have a bunch of thirsty mason jars waiting for cucumbers and cabbage but I can't ferment safely at 80F

What you need is a a 4 L (1 gallon) slow cooker and a Temperature Controller, I have a inkbird or you could use the Inkbird ITC-308. My setup keeps the fermantation at 112 ° , Just heat the milk to 180° and hold there for 5 minutes then cool it down to 110° add yogurt and ferment @ 112° for 4-6 hours. I also make applewine in it. this is the best video I could find to give you an idea. When I heat the milk I don't let it boil, I heat it to 180 the put in synk of cold water to cool down to 110-112. And if you want to make applewine. In German it's Apfelwein (German Hard Cider)

Huh, I never thought about trying like that. I have a pressure cooker with a temperature control, maybe I could use that. Worth a shot
