nty, i have a real work out routine.

monday - stamina run

tuesday - arms

wednesday - core

thursday - strength/speed run

friday - arms

saturday - core

sunday - rest

only takes 30min a day except monday. do something like that. your overworked handful of muscle groups will thank you.
