I don't think they all do. There's a circlejerk on both sides of the spectrum. You've got bootlicker conservatives that will defend shitty cops no matter what. You've also got people that will burn down their own neighborhood before they know the facts b/c a black dude got shot by a cop.

I don't disagree that people should be able to tell the difference. But it's not a necessary skill for city dwellers.
Not a liberals hate cops. I love cops, and guns, but am mostly liberal.
