I still use arrow keys and the keys surrounding them 20 years on its way better imo, but sometimes need glovepie these days, stupid devs. Arrow keys for life fuck you ! =D

B.B.B.But, WASD is so obvious to ring, middle, index. thumb on space, pinky on Shift/Ctrl.
The way that guy plays would be like playing guitar with your hand reaching over the neck, using your thumb, on the 6th string, and your 4 fingers on strings 5-1, or driving, using your left foot for both pedals, and using your right foot to change radio stations.

Just set your hotkeys as the F-keys, and you can jump your right hand off mouse to the keys easily, AND they are super organizable that way (most critical at F12, F8 and F4, for quick hit (like heal potion or whatever).
And with "shift usually being "target selection" or "weapon selection" you don't need mouse to select.

Wouldn't your hand get tired having the ring finger extended for long periods of time? How'd he do anything that involved shift/control while moving forward? Reading that made my head hurt...
