I don't think that's a good idea, some people like to lurk. I didn't post often on Reddit at all, it was only when I moved to Voat that I really started posting/commenting regularly.

It was mostly a joke on the additional levEl restrictions. Though completely unusee maybe sub level 2 accounts over a month like no post subsome should be recycled
