It was mostly a joke on the additional levEl restrictions. Though completely unusee maybe sub level 2 accounts over a month like no post subsome should be recycled

Next we should banot users under level 5 completely, actually removing them if their account is +30 days and below x level corks work to cycle m some quit accounts
