You joke, but we desperately need some national health incentive with legal teeth. Something like a fat tax leveled through bmi. If you are convinced it's "muscle" that pushes you above 25 then you can have your body fat% measured and submitted as evidence. Cutting back obesity in the US would save more money than literally any other change. Especially with the reduction in tangential unhealthy behavior that creates obesity. Being fat is literally a luxury in nature. Tax it like a luxury good.

To hell with the fats. The number 1 reason I'm making it my life goal to move to Europe is because they have a culture that produces less fats. I want to give my future offspring the best possible chance at success. The fitness of a populace matters and I don't like American statistics. I want to lessen the risk my loved ones suffer from the disease of obesity.

You don't have to move to Europe to avoid being fat. Just get some exercise and don't eat sugary and processed foods.

^ I've been saying this all along. If you have the willpower to go atkins for even 3 months you'll see a difference. Be smart at that point and reintroduce carbs for bulking purposes alone.

I'm not worried about myself. I want the best possible future for my offspring and US obesity rates are obscene and growing year by year.

It's not difficult: Stop shoving food into your face-hole every chance you get. But people can't seem to handle that.
