Oh, you're a guy, then LOLS I swim a lot. Well, less now than in the past. I seem to sleep waaay longer than I used I did before we got pregnant.
It's good for you, though to keep yourself flexible. I think lacking flexibility is a factor in mobility issue in seniors, not that you're there yet, just my theory. My husband's been doing tai chi for about 9 months now and he's gotten very limber, even being as muscley as he is. I suggested yoga, but he muttered something about froo-froo BS and that was the end of that discussion ;-)
I AM A GUY lol. isthisusername taken is my counterpart. I'm at home with the kids rn so I've been working on this child raising thing... aint easy.. two daughters runnin around like yahoos. and a big rottie to boot
Oh! That's kind of funny :-)
I'm looking forward to raising my child. Graduation is the first weekend in June, so we will have ~7 weeks to finish getting everything ready and relax. If my normal sleeping pattern resumes, I'll have more free time to do things than I do right now. Five courses plus independent study, three hours on the road everyday, and then needing to sleep 8-9 hours a night barely leaves me time to do more than shower, eat, and be with my husband for an hour or so. Getting back to sleeping 3-5 hours a night will be nice. I miss having time to swim every morning.
We don't have any pets. I've never been an animal person, though I like cute puppy and kitten photos. My husband isn't, either. And he doesn't see the appeal of the cute photos ;-)
I've been using as a casual yet continual hip stretch... my hips r sore but I find myself sitting cross legged a lot. a position I never used to be comfortable in. Cheers!
