Nobody with a brain will respect your company/charity anymore for trying to be deceptive like this. Just be honest and say "Yes, a lot factories operate in countries that have human rights records that can be improved. We hope our influence there can play a small part in leading to improvement. We also receive money from this company, so this creates a conflict of interest and other groups can make a more objective statement on this." Phuk corporate bootlickers like this guy.
