As this is likely all lies and PR, does anyone on the ground know what's actually happening there? I'm at the other end of the I-5 corridor and I don't necessarily want them coming up here. There are plenty here already.

More edit: 1200 seems far too low, as well. SF is a huge city. That must be just the number they found, that didn't run away when the cops rolled in.
