Because once you implement the policy it makes the US position utterly bias and impossible to ever moderate in the conflict anymore... "Donny the dealmaker" just magically vanished his seat at the negotiation/moderation table and ignited yet another crisis in the middle east ....

Member a few weeks ago how he said Iran was a destabilising factor in the Middle fucking east? pretty goddamn hypocrite for a self proclaimed isolationist...

It's a building. There should be nothing destabilizing about what city the embassy happens to be in.

No it' is absolutely fucking not! This remark is about as ignorant as saying "Kim has nukes that can reach US, there should be nothing destabilizing about that"...... I have no time or lust to explain the complex fucking history and insanely precarious situation that Jerusalem and the fucking peaceprocess are.

This whole impulsive action by "Dodgy Donny" is pure symbolism, it is intent, it is showing ones cards in advance, undermining the ongoing decades long fucking peaceprocess and has infuriated both friends and foes alike. This ludacrous action has seriously damaged US foreign policy and US's standing on the world stage. Watch tension rise at US army/airbases and embassies in the middle east, watch the leaders in muslim countries point towards US ... watch the US being disregarded for any further peace talks under Trump as it has shown to be pure bias and reckless.....

Didn't dodgy Donny boast he would solve this peacedeal just a few fucking months ago? Great fucking negotiator......

Nothing new. Iran has had "Death to America" rallies since 1979.

It looks more like an appeasement process. That didn't work in pre-WW2 Europe, and it won't work here.

Clinton considered the Israeli-endorsed offer "so good I couldn’t believe anyone would be foolish enough to let it go.” But Arafat rejected it. Clinton recalled his reply when the Palestinian leader thanked him for his effort and told him he was a great man.
“I am not a great man,” Clinton replied, according to his memoir. “I am a failure, and you have made me one.”

Meh. They can't afford to stop jerking our chain. What's the alternative? Lose another invasion?

He's created a bargaining chip out of thin air. If they genuinely care about this, they have a year or two to give us something to make it stop. Or four years and we call it a consulate instead of an embassy.
