Nah I haven't had much interest in bettering myself when I can wallow in self pity. Glad you two are still at it.

I still think 100 was unsustainable. If you're uninjured just do one set a day, that's enough to still be improving. If you like doing nothing, maybe try fasting instead, apparently less than a week is healthy...
