I have a Ryzen 1800X, running 7 threads with the -lite algorithm. Clocked at stock 3.6GHz IIRC.

I also use the binary and didn't compile it.

But I was just told the -lite algorithm doesn't work with Monero.

Then maybe it lies to me about the hash count. It also rejects some of the shares.

I had switched to it and was getting 2Kh/s, but then Pembo told me it wouldn't work and to switch back. So I did.
