Not sure what that has to do with Russia's safety. What that proves is large, nuclear states like to bully small, unaligned states. There is an endless list of examples from all sides fucking with small, non-nuclear states.
Strangely large, nuclear states don't mess with other large, nuclear states. Really complicated stuff, right? Maybe some day we'll be smart enough to figure out how all this works.
