How much for you to build an AR lower from an 80%? Legally? And how would that work with the background check?

Here you go. This is how much and pretty much everything I got. I went and got a few things to make it comfortable for me like a drop in trigger, better pistol grip, some offset iron sights, and just small stuff.
The write up there will get you a bang stick that is fully functional.
Far as legality this is the cool part. Here in the USA you can make a firearm for yourself without the need to get approval to do so. There is no serial number or registration just have a firearm.
It is why I made this sub. After the parkland shooting it became very apparent to me that soon enough all states will follow California and not ban guns outright, but slowly ban the things that make the AR15 what it is.
Now there are limitations to doing this. One being that within California you do have to put a serial number on it. I would check local laws or if you just give me the state you live in I can tell you.
I am in PA and there isn't any restrictions to this.
Everything in that write up will be mailed directly to your house. The lowers take a while because as you can imagine they are a hot item right now.
I believe for him to sell legally to you, he'd have to send it to a place with an FFL (Federal Firearms License) as a middleman (most pawn shops do this for a fee, I believe), where the background check would take place when you go to pick it up. I'm not sure if he as the seller would be required to do any record keeping, but the pawn shop would record the transaction.
It isn't the same which is why I left a week before you, and attempted doxxing within the Anon subs. They are fucking relentless with it so I said fuck it take this echo chamber without admin involvement.

My theory is that Voat was just a corner to put all the unwanted within Reddit which is why so little upkeep or new features. I get loss of interest or life happens, but many people sunk money into Voat and lots of time.
Admin never trusted anyone else with anything either. Always a tight knit of select people from the beginning and that is something I always noticed.
I begged for admin to allow a community manager to at the very least keep up with subverse transfers, but always an excuse or nothing at all. 2 years ago he said there would be something.

Fuck that place was just a way for them to make money and keep an element off Reddit. I doubt anything with law enforcement has ever happened or will happen and the trolls show that with their shit talk and various emails I have got from people to build them an AR lower.
Saying they will pay me via Bitcoin to keep it under the books. Essentially commiting a felony because trolls. So I forwarded each email to the ATF and spoke with them directly about it. In length to which they are investigating.
Because them offering me good or services in the act to circumvent the law in itself is a felony. Multiple ones matter of fact and since many of them are self proclaimed drug users, or even criminals then it makes it worse they did it.
