Puttitout is changing the account restrictions on Voat

Edit: I'll send the first paragraph that was here via PM: probably a discussion better had in private. Like voat, this is some manner of reddit-like site: ordering content by voting is appealing to users. My content on voat and yours here might end up being less visible for those too lazy to look, but I think having the opportunity to make our case as much as anyone else is what matters if we accept this style of website.
