You know I don't think this is helpful at all really, if it's taken at face value. Men are getting told how to be from so many angles these days it's no wonder the youth are confused if they want their dick or not. This sort of overthinking everything is what bred a generation of mentally-ill girls who grew up on girls and women's magazines owned by the rich elites, telling them exactly how they had to dress, act and think to get their dream man and live happily ever after.

While some advice is bad, that doesn't mean all advice is. I suppose their could be information overload of advice, but it's not like rich elites will stop if regular people do.

Right, there's nothing wrong with improving yourself but it's getting to the point where people are becoming obsessed with getting better to the point where they are never content. And what bigger goal in life is there than being content? There's also the fact that the type who obsess over self-improvement usually seek external validation and that is never healthy.
