Have you tried any of this?

I already eat most of the foods mentioned here, although I never had gut problems. A buddy of mine does and he started drinking Yakult. This article suggests supplements may be ruined before consumption. And I read an article that said the bacteria in Yakult probably doesn't survive the stomach, so it likely does fuck all.

I eat sauerkraut, kim chi and dill pickles. Use Yakult as well sometimes.
