Have you tried any of this?

I already eat most of the foods mentioned here, although I never had gut problems. A buddy of mine does and he started drinking Yakult. This article suggests supplements may be ruined before consumption. And I read an article that said the bacteria in Yakult probably doesn't survive the stomach, so it likely does fuck all.

I eat sauerkraut, kim chi and dill pickles. Use Yakult as well sometimes.

I've never heard of coconut yogurt before...intriguing. I generally eat plain nonfat Greek yogurt, but I'll have to give this a try

COYO is a nice nickname for it :) To be honest, I actually have really disliked coconut anything in the past. I accidentally bought two quarts of almond coconut milk blend because it had the exact fucking same logo, color and style as my normal almond milk. I hated it at first but didn't want to throw it out after buying it so I gave it a chance and used it to mix with protein shakes...and it's now grown on me. I intentionally bought a new quart of the almond coconut mix and enjoy drinking that straight, so I have opened up a new era of coconut exploration.

Hey I tried the coconut yoghurt last night, with fresh fruit + honey for dessert and this morning on my muesli. Its like they have taken coconut cream and slightly sweetened it, its thick and it doesn't separate. Quite nice, distinctly coconut.
