So basically "Hardstyle" is "Gabber" from the 90's? Or am I missing something

Just looking for a qualification and trying to place the genre, as I don't think we use this term in NL. (or I missed it) But when I was younger we had ["Gabber"](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gabber) and I'm guessing a lot of the current "Hardstyle DJ's" are Dutch.
