Depends on how you cook them. If you leave the whole with a bit of firmness, definitely. You can cut them in half and roast them until they're soft but that loses a lot of the crisp flavor.

Man, this looks great. I don't know that I'd put it on the toast itself, just load my plate up with the sprouts with cheese on top of it.
