Man, this looks great. I don't know that I'd put it on the toast itself, just load my plate up with the sprouts with cheese on top of it.

Yeah it seems like eating brussels on bread like that would be really difficult

Depends on how you cook them. If you leave the whole with a bit of firmness, definitely. You can cut them in half and roast them until they're soft but that loses a lot of the crisp flavor.

My thing is: How you gonna keep this roundish thing on this flattish thing all the way up to your mouth?
